Ride To The Great Outdoors!
Wait?? Aren't we in the Great Outdoors just by being on a ride? Not
this week. Mike and Mark are taking us to High Springs, FL (just
outside Gainsville) This ride is a club favorite both for the
great roads we take to get there and for the good food at Great
Outdoors when we arrive (excellent burgers and more). Plus
it's a pleasant road trip home afterwards. Weather looks to be both
sunny and warm.

Back To Daytona Bike Week
Come join us as we are off to the Harley Davidson and Speedway
Displays of Daytona Bike Week. We have planned this to
avoid the traffic, mayhem, and yahoos of the usual bike week.
We will have a nice ride around these and arrive at the
Speedway making a right hand turn in. Early in / Early Out. What Better Way To See
Bike Week Than With Some Buddies!

Tarpon Springs Ride – 03/25/2017
Join us for a jaunt down to Tarpon Springs on Florida's West Coast
with an overnight trip on March 25, 2017.
Tarpon Springs is popular for it's sponge docks and a thriving
Greek community. They are famous for harvesting some of
the finest sponges in the world. In addition, the sponge dock area
has some of the best Greek restaurants, shops, markets and bakeries
outside of Greece.
We plan to roll into town just after noon for lunch at Yanni's on
the Sponge Docks. After a leisurely lunch there will be plenty of
free time to roam the stores, markets and bakeries up and down
Dodecanese Blvd. or visit the Spongeorama Sponge Factory and see
the sponge diving show and visit their vintage museum.
We will spend the night four miles away at the Tarpon Shores Inn at
40346 US Highway 19N. The rooms are normally $89 per night;
however, they have offered us a discounted rate of $79 if we fill
10 or more rooms. The hotel reservations can be reached at
727-938-2483. They are holding a block of rooms under Ancient City Harley
Davidson. Make your reservations as soon as possible, the block
will be released after March 15.
We will plan a group dinner that evening at a nearby restaurant in
walking distance from the hotel.
On Sunday morning, we will have an optional Island Sightseeing
/Dolphin Cruise for a charge of $15 per person.
