Volunteers are needed for the following activities:
We need volunteers to man our HOG table at the ADAMEC Dealership during the Bike Week Event running from February 27th through March 7th to address questions regarding our ACHOG Chapter, membership, and other items as may arise, as well as assisting those who wish to become members or renewals to fill in the appropriate forms and collect dues.
Membership/Welcome Table
We will aim to maintain a presence throughout the event. The shift will run from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 2-3 people, not more than 4, each day. Duties will be welcoming guests visiting Adamec Harley, answering questions about the ACHOG Chapter, and submitting any completed forms and monies collected to the store manager for safekeeping.
Note: Volunteers will receive 1 Adamec reward chip per day as a thank you,
