Wakulla Springs--overnighter
When: Sat, October 6, 7:30am – Sun, October 7, 8:00am
Description We will be heading out to Wakulla
Springs State Park on Saturday Oct. 6 from the
Race Track at Sr 16 across
form the outlet mall. Meet at
7:30am KSU at 8:00. We will
take a leisurely ride west on country roads. Plan to eat
lunch at Krispy Krunchy Chicken in Crawfordville, FL and then visit
the Roadside Rusted Ford Trucks (Rust In Peace) on Highway
319 in Crawfordville. We should arrive at the state park by mid to
late afternoon. A boat excursion will be set up for either late
Saturday afternoon or first thing Sunday morning. Saturday evening
dinner and Sunday breakfast will be available in the Edward Ball
Dining Room located in the lodge. Also planning to stop by the
Tallahassee Antique Car Museum on Sunday for a tour. The museum
also has a 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor and houses antique cars and
trucks along with weapons, knives, and other collections. Ralph
will lead and Terry will sweep.

fear not. There will still be a Saturday lunch ride.

Progressive Dinner Ride
Time to put in another plug for the Progressive
Diner Ride. One of my favorite rides of the year, its a chance to
eat all day while riding and visiting old and new friends. Sign up
and don't miss the fun.
When Sat, October 27, 9am – 1pm
Description 3 complete meals courtesy of this
year's hosts. The cost is only $10.00 per person. Appetizers, Early
Dinner and then Dessert! What more could you ask for in 1 day. Oh,
there's a bunch of riding before and after these meals. Riders
please meet at the Race Trac on SR16 @the outlets at 8:30 am and
it's KSU at 9:00 am for about an hour ride to our first meal.

Big
Thanks To Ruth and Scott Emmans
for their hard work on the Tri-Chapter Picnic. They carried the
entire load for ACH. I'm sure I have no idea how much they did.
Thanks also to Fred for getting us there, as usual down some
beautiful roads and to Bob for protecting our rear. If you missed
it you missed a good time with lots of BBQ, fried chicken, fixins,
nanner puddin, and gallons of southern champagne. One of the
highlights was seeing two of our road captains, Alan and Tim, take
1rst and 2nd in the circle slow race. They smoked the other
competitors. Thanks guys. And I can't leave out Debora Alexander
winning the 50/50.
